It’s an open and shut case

I’ve just received in the mail the printed study guide for one of the Law subjects I’ll be studying during First Semester. A quick scrutiny of the reading lists reveals that I’m expected to read one hundred and sixteen cases between the third week of February and the exam in early June. As if that isn’t bad enough, the reading lists also indicate an expectation that I will read numerous portions of textbooks, Acts and journal articles. I’m exhausted just at the thought of it and First Semester hasn’t even started yet.
